Tianos: loco moco

When I think local cuisine loco moco is one of the first things to come to mind.  Rice, hamburger patty, an egg, all doused with gravy.
Tianos was one of the best that we have had.  Instead of just a plain hamburger patty, they used a meat loaf of sorts.  Our favorite is still Mark's place but this one is the fanciest presentation, meaning not in a styrofoam takeout container.
