Grilled chicken kabobs, grilled veggie packets with feta & rosemary, spanikopita, tabouli, chicken and spinach salad with sesame dressing, two kinds of ahi poke, kimchee cucumbers, smoked salmon, ritzy mint marshmallows, potato salad made with homegrown potatoes... all set out on our boogie boards. Tonight's sunset potluck in the beach ended up being a foodie's dream.
