Red snapper from Ani

Ani was so kind and brought us a fresh red snapper. Karl cleaned it (along with the help of his twinned assistant) and I cooked it up according to Ani's instructions. Steamed it with shoyu, oyster sauce, and ginger. Topped it with green onions and hot oil.

It wasn't beautiful because it was all chopped up but it was so delicious. The kids loved it, too.
